Finding your item

a. Finding an item on dekodriedflowers is easy and uncomplicated. There are two ways:

i. Searching by category: use the drop-down menu in the centre of the top bar of the screen to look for the items you want on the basis of category.
Click and view the list of single products in the category

ii. Searching by product: if you know the make of the product, enter it in the box in the top bar

How to add/remove items in your cart

a. Choose the item you want
b. In the item's information box, you will find all specific information about it including colours, sizes and price.
c. All articles shown on-line are available and can be bought.
d. If you want to buy the item, choose the quantity you want and the colour, where provided. Click on the trolley icon. You will see the contents of your trolley with the quantity, specifications and the price of the articles that you have chosen to buy.
e. If you have made a mistake in choosing the product, or if you have changed your mind, you can take the items out of the trolley, very simply, by inserting zero (0) in the quantity box and clicking on edit.
f. You can see what you have put in your trolley at any time by using the trolley icon on the right at the top of the screen.


IMPORTANT: you can do this as often as you like without sending any purchase order, as long as you haven't completed the order form with your data and confirmed it all by clicking on "OK ORDER".

How to confirm the order - customer area

a. Access to customer area
i. If you are a new customer, register by filling in the form with your details. You must complete the boxes with an asterisk.
ii. If you are already registered, the system will ask you to enter your user ID and password at the moment of purchase and you will then access the customer section.
iii.After the details have been memorised, you will be able to return to your trolley in order to confirm the order. If you make a mistake when entering your personal details, you can correct this by simply clicking on the "Edit user data" button.

How to pay

a. Once the order has been confirmed you will be asked how you want to pay.
You can choose from the following options:
i. Credit card. All the most usual credit cards are accepted (Visa, Master Card and American Express). Your request will be sent to the Bank and you will be transferred to the Bank's secure site where you can give your card's details and thus make payment. The same Bank will arrange to confirm the order to you and to Elcom
ii. Bank transfer. Print out the order you have made and sent. Your order will be dispatched only after Elcom has received confirmation or receipt for payment made. The receipt can be sent by fax to the company's number.
iii.Payment on delivery. This is valid only in Italy. You pay on delivery, that is, when the postman or courier delivers the package to your address.

Post-sales services

Once payment has been made, you can take advantage of Elcom's guaranteed customer services by means of:
i. the appropriate form on our web site
ii. free-phone or special customer number
iii. the courier's order report
