DekoDriedFlower is an e-commerce service from Elcom srl.

Pages requesting customers' personal data are protected by protocol SSL 128 bits which creates a secure channel between our server and the person sending the data.

When payment is made by credit card, Elcom never under any circumstances knows the card's details, which are sent directly from the customer to the secure server of the Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze bank, who will ask for authorisation from the Interbank System, which will then authorise or refuse payment to Elcom.

 

The guarantee of your rights

The purchases carry out to you are subject to the norm previewed from the D.L. 15 January 1992 n. 50: the consumer can therefore exercise returns policy within 10 (ten) days from the reception of the product.
